And somewhat hard to do. ;P
So I'm here in Milano, Italia peoples~~! XDXD Let's see, I've been here since Saturday morning had have so far had gelato almost every day. :P Particuarly for two reasons: it's good and there is a super hot & sweet guy who works at the gelateria right next to our apartments. <3 <3 It's a sign, right? ;P
Saw some Roman ruins today! It's pretty weird because they've built the city both on top of and around the ancient ruins. So for example, we saw part of the old Roman wall the enclosed the city and coming out of it was a modern apartment. :O
Milan is very much like an American big city, with the exception that many buildings are older than our country. :P I think it'll be way more "italian" when we visit Florence and Rome, etc. Right now, it feels like I'm in an European version of NYC or something.
Seen lots of artwork and have taken TONS AND TONS of pictures. Once I figure out how to hook the usbs up to the Italian University's computers, I'll upload some. Yeah, that's another thing, I have to go to IULM (the school) to get internet because they only hooked up Nodine's (the teacher) computer. So, whatever.
Speaking of the school, I love the Metro system they have in Milan. It's quick and easy once you get the hang of it. It's very similiar to the Washington D.C. metro, if anyone has been there.
Well~ I'll write more when I can. Tomorrow I leave for Florence and won't get back to Milan until sometime Sunday. Some foreigners seemed to have committed some cyber crimes, so I don't know if the internet cafès will allow us non-locals to use their services. :I
Ciào!! XDXDXD
